Painfull flossing from 15 dental assistant. I'm a punctual person so waiting more than 15 min goes against professional demur. I was early for my appointment and trying to keep the standard of care up to par. I'm a combat war vet and we r taught to not me late and communicate.At end they tried to bill me for same day cancellation, under the agreement, I would have to be a no show or late. The dentist is very unfriendly and my teeth hurt for weeks after only two small fillings. They do not call or notify you of your appointments. I heard one guy over the phone being refused service because he was sick and missed an appointment. They only care about your money. They do not care about your well being.

Not friendly. Never checked my teeth and gums after my cleaning. Only looked at one she said must have an implant. She told me I needed two implants and didn't give any options until I ask about each specifically. Quickly referred me to a specific oral surgeon. There was a cigarette half smoked laying on the waiting room floor under a small table! Disgusting!

Had teeth pulled in August for dentures still have not received dentures as of December 26 poor poor poor service
