Dr. Marangell is fantastic. She's been incredibly responsive, flexible, and helpful, especially when I ran into issues with medication shortages. She's caring and compassionate, and she's always been committed to helping me get the best outcomes from my treatment. She's incredibly attentive, calming, and reassuring! Listens to all of my concerns and is accessible whenever you need help or have a question. Has helped me throughout changing diagnoses and is very willing to take my feedback on how a medication makes me feel. Overall Dr. Marangell is an incredible psychiatrist who is very empathetic and in touch with her patients.

Best doc around for depression. Kind, creative, state of the art. Office staff is the best I have seen in any medical office. Using TMS with a MRI was life changing.
I’m completely disappointed in how she handled my treatment. After having unbearable side effects after taking a medication for 5 weeks she failed to listen and take me off the medication. Someone with her expertise should know better. Worse is that I received no details about side effects or withdrawal symptoms with no explanations and was dismissed when asking. Worse is that in having these emergency side effects she did not ever directly call me to discuss and follow up and relayed messages through email with her assistan... read more
Nothing but utter neglect in treatment received when I had a serious side effect during a medicine change under her care. My symptoms should have been ID’d considering her expertise. Thankfully an astute MD recognized my need for acute medical management and admitted me to a hospital. My attempts to contact Dr M were ignored and I was later told by her assistant that she doesn’t have admitting rights . That excuse for her failure to follow through with my care is unacceptable.
You will not find a better psychiatrist anywhere. She is smart and easy to talk with and much more available than the psychs who take insurance Also one of the nicest offices I ever seen. They even give you free chocolate and validate parking.
