Dr. Neville is an amazing doctor. She never brushed off my issues and actually sits and talks with you about any concerns you have. She talks through everything to make sure you understand what is being said. Very polite, great bedside manner, and actually cares about figuring things out.
Extremely rude and disrespectful. Gave no feedback. She should have tested for covid. She left the room abruptly. No explanation or anything. Very off-putting, snooty & ill mannered.
