Thoroughly dissatisfied with the neurological department at this hospital. My mom uses a walker and has a hard time getting around so when we arrived 9 minutes late for her appointment and were told her appointment was cancelled by the Dr. and no options for shortened exam time or fit in, etc. Just seemed pretty cold. They didnt ask or care why we were late and didnt offer to reschedule. Guess they have so many patients they dont need any more. I would highly recommend the Gig Harbor Med Spa to all! The spa is one of the most relaxing, friendly and amazing spa's I have been to. They offer you sandals and a robe, water and tea, foot soaks, and make you feel so relaxed and comfortable. The staff works to meet your needs and make you feel so important. They are always on time and care about their customers.
Went to Urgent Care when I was having a miscarriage, they got me in to a bed right away and got me started on fluids and scheduled my surgery for the same day. They were all very friendly.

Do not go there if you have an emergency unless you hate yourself or the person that needs assistance. This s$$$t should be illegal. I brought my child with severe belly pain and high fever and 3 hours later they still didn't have a doctor to see us. There was nobody in the waiting room just doctors and personnel strolling around. SKARRY

My sister-in-law was released 10 times worse than at the time admitted. She had to be admitted at another hospital. Valley had drugged her so badly she was incapacitated. A few years ago, this hospital treated her with the best of care.
