This person is not a good choice- I am one of her patient at the VA and she has repeatedly given sub-par care and made me feel like she was doing me some sort of favor- the records she documented on my chart were inaccurate (to say the least). My wife is a BS RN and works at an actual hospital- I would have her come to my appointments and she is totally confounded by Dr. Carter's lack of concern and false narrative she documented. Mind=blown AVOID
She is an excellent listener and I saw her several times. She was always very thorough and utilized resources efficiently. Her treatment recommendations made sense and she was very responsive to addressing my specialist referrals through the VA maze. If I need a doctor again I plan on going to her.
