Dr. Shaffer and the staff at Nemours Hospital have provided excellent care. They are very professional and welcoming. Dr. Shaffer takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and thoroughly answers my questions. I never feel rushed, and my son has received superb care.
Woiuld like to have spent more time with Doctor , not just two minutes I had another question did not get to ask!
