Dr,Shaffer was on her way out for the day with a long drive ahead ,she wasn't even suppose to be there that day when she got word that my daughter had a note on her profile for a female Dr. I was told when I made the appointment 2 months prior that no female Dr was available. She came right back to take care of my daughter even though she was in a hurry she still took plenty of time with us and came up with a plan and answered all of our questions she was wonderful.
Dr. Shaffer was thorough and very helpful to my daughter.
