My husband and I have a dermatologist who really truly cares about our health and skin needs. Her name is Dr Schaeffer. She saved my husband’s life due to melanoma. And she also removed two squamous cell carcinomas from my neck. I’ve had adult acne and she’s been very caring and straightened it out for me. I scheduled an appointment with Schaeffer 3 months ago for my daughter. My appointment was at 3:15 for my daughter, when we arrived at 3:25, the receptionist was not at the front desk. We sat down and waited for her to return to the desk. Once the receptionist returned to her desk, she refused to see us because we arrived "10 minutes late." We were not 10 minutes late.
