I scheduled an appointment with Schaeffer 3 months ago for my daughter. My appointment was at 3:15 for my daughter, when we arrived at 3:25, the receptionist was not at the front desk. We sat down and waited for her to return to the desk. Once the receptionist returned to her desk, she refused to see us because we arrived "10 minutes late." We were not 10 minutes late. The receptionist even walked in the back to ask Schaeffer if she'd see us, Schaeffer told her to tell us NO! I left work early, and my daughter missed school ... read more
