Not 1 of those prescription crazy doctors, is very friendly and energetic. Most of all, easy to reach. Topnotch!
Terrible communication, never answer the phone & take several days to respond if they even decide to respond .Every appointment I wait over an hour after my appointment time to get called back to them wait 45mins to be seen by the dr. Absolutely ridiculous & very unprofessional
Dr. Laura Norton is the BEST doctor I have ever encountered!! She’s very knowledgeable, a great listener and sensitive to her patients needs. I have experienced care from her unlike any doctor I have met in my life. I highly recommend her and her staff are caring and supportive as well. The office is always very clean and disinfected which is very important to me too.
I have no clue why someone rated this Dr and this office 1 star. Dr Norton is by far the best Dr I have ever seen. Not just for physical issues and labs etc.. but even for mental health issues. My son and I have used this office and both Dr Norton and Dr Delgado for yrs now. I wont even use my work insurance because they are not with Kaiser.. I refuse to use any other place. You are in good hands with Dr Norton!!
Absolutely terrible communication and customer service. They don’t answer the phone, you have to leave a voicemail and it may take several days if they ever even call you back. They didn’t respond to their text messages for several days until they texted me, saying to use a different number than the one they had on the call message. Once I was able to text them, I got conflicting information every time I talked to them related to whether or not, they could see me based off of my insurance.
