I am extremely disappointed with the way our family was treated after six years as patients of dr Burgos.The lack of accountability and the way the situation was handled after the office made an error and dismissing us was shocking rude. This office is very unprofessional. We called multiple times to request that an additional lab test be added to my child’s lab order, but the receptionist had no understanding of the request and didn’t even take notes to pass along to the doctor. The lab work needed to be completed as soon as possible, but when we called back, the office was closed for lunch with no one available to answer the phones.
