The staff super friendly. Did see nurse practitioner she listen to me and really seem to care about my care. went a week ago and feel better than I have in along time. gave the right medicine.

Dr Taylor and NPs have consistently provided appropriate, prompt, and caring service. They respond promptly to phone messages. I have always been seen within 2-3 days of calling for an appointment and several times was seen the same day. Dr Taylor is easy to talk to and feel comfortable with. She speaks to patients on their level and ensures they understand their medical conditions and treatments.
From day one things got messed up. They put in my birthdate wrong!! Then sent referrals to other doctors with wrong birth date. Couldn't call in my insulin correctly and couldn't make referrals correctly either. Fed up!! Said forget it!!
