My mom was sick and in the hospital. We were told she had so many different things wrong and they were just throwing medicine at her and not that sure. !!!Rude Do not recommend !!!!!!!! Whoever answers the phone there doesn’t wanna work there evidently it rang and rang and rang when the person finally picked up. I explained I was referred by another doctor in Carrolton. A dermatologist. And I needed to make an appointment as soon as I could. It was an urgent ordeal, the woman was rude and said well we need to get your medical records and also contact your insurance company prior to even making your appointment and I said how long does that take? Avoid!!!!! On the website they advertise they use ‘My Chart’ app for Tanner healthcare Which pulls up medical history in seconds. However, I called because I was referred by another doctor in Carrolton. The person answering the phone, let it ring and ring and ring and when they finally answered, they were chewing something and explained it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get an appointment because they needed my medical records.
