I found Dr. Sherman to be very caring and knowledgable, and worked very well with me in my treatment.
Dr. Sherman is a wonderful doctor and knows what she is talking about, don't believe the rumors you hear she is still in practice and doing well.
I saw Dr Sherman a few months ago and had a really good first appointment. She wrote a prescription and wanted me to follow up with her in a month. I called to schedule my follow up to find she was on extended leave so her assistant had her refill my medications for 2 more months. Well my prescription is about to run out I call to make an appointment to hear a voicemail stating Dr. Sherman is not seeing any patients or refilling any medications there will be no exceptions and recommends finding a new physician. Caring and kind person who has her own struggles. I won't air them online (some research on your own would reveal what's going on). I, too, thought her sudden departure from her practice was abrupt and unprofessional until I learned exactly why this happened. Great doc, and I hope she gets back to doing what she does very well -- helping people who struggle with emotional problems.
