I give the two stars because the office staff is wonderful. They are warm and kind and just a delight. Maybe I caught Dr Hall on a couple of bad days, but if you are neurodivergent be warned. She was very brusque and dismissive. She doesn't seem to like questions. When you probe to try to understand, even if you are truly trying to understand a concept. She loses her patience very easily.
