I’m a long time patient with attention deficit. I should have left ages ago but didn’t follow my gut. This office offered virtual appointments every 3 months and it’s close to where I live. It was convenient enough that I turned my head when I was charged copay's which weren’t required by United. A few months back this office moved to Psych+. Visit went horrible not only was it an hour late but it ended too fast like she didn’t wanna help me and wanted to get it over with she seem like she didn’t care about me she didn’t wanna talk to me she just wanted to end the call she said she was gonna get me medicine and decrease when the whole point was to increase or change my medicine because I’m feeling horrible and she ended up giving two of the medicines that are useless to me she was gonna end the call too without asking me if I needed any refill and she also didn’t... read more
