Couldn’t have been better
It's an okay experience. If you can get past their front desk. Very rude people operate the front desk there. Had to get some bone graft work done here. The only thing that I hated was dealing with the front desk. In fact, one of the front desk people were trying to schedule a follow-up and left a very rude message on my voicemail. I guess that's just how they talk to patients.It's okay. I know where not to go for dental work.
My husband and I have been treated by Dr. Brokere during the last 3 years for implants and now for Lichen Planus. The staff is personable, welcoming and informative. Dr. Brokered TAKES HIS TIME with us - always! He educates us so we understand everything required for the procedure, treatment and recovery. We had been highly recommended to him from other dental professionals in the area and are thankful we took their advice.
