Dr. Brosbe cancelled my appointment last minute because she could not get an interpreter. What a lame excuse as I've forewarned the office that the doctor needed an interpreter when I made the appointment nearly 3 months ago. Today I called to reschedule & the receptionist said Dr. Brosbe cannot see me for months now. What is this? Is Dr. Brosbe avoiding Deaf patients? I would not recommend her at all. She has horrible reviews.
Excellent. I have found Dr. Brosbe to be thorough, and caring.
They never answer the phone, voice mail says leave a message and we’ll get back with you within 24 to 48 hours, but it’s more like 72 hours. Sometimes patients have an important questions that need attention now but doesn’t require going to the ER. It’s also an extremely busy office…maybe hire more help.
I waited six months to return to this practice with the diagnosis they failed to identify already solved and medicated. I was met with disrespect, and dismissal. Brosbe entered the room with unfounded suspicion, and blantent disregard for my experience in and out of the doctors office. Even after checking all the boxes in her interrogation, there was no support. Once she realized I wasn't lying, and validated my diagnosis she was already leaving.
