I was concerned after reading these reviews, and was pleasantly surprised. She was on time, thorough, respectful, very pleasant. Reviewed the records I brought, asked questions, took seriously my concerns about my history, is agreeable to answering questions and follow-up issues via the portal. I trusted what she said.
