We called on Monday October 6th to make an appointment for a ruptured hemorrhoid, and we were told that they would get me in Wednesday if they were open. We then make the appointment for October 9th at 9:30am. I arrive at 9:15am to do paperwork. I then sit there until 10am. At this point, it is obvious that my pain isn’t important. If you give someone a time to be there, you can at least give me an idea of how long it’s going to take. I can get better treatment at an urgent care.
This a doctor who actually cares and thorough in her evaluation. I've never trusted a physician more than her! Best patient care by far.
