Dr Bilbrew didn’t waste any time! She reviewed my file and came in within minutes.
Every time I went to dr Bilbrew I had to wait nearly an hour before I got to see her. Then the visits were usually no more than 3 minutes. Unfortunately, I often felt that the Appointments were useless.
She likes to talk "at" the patient instead of talking "to" the patient. She doesn't listen. She was determined to tell me that I needed to get cortisone shots instead of listening to me telling her about the excruciating pain I was in. She continued to tell me about how many cortisone shots I could get until I told her that I almost hit her as a reflex w/my less dominant hand the last time. Dr. Bilbrew knowledge and the way that she gets right to the point. Yet she is kind, understanding and listens to you. Its been over a year and Dr. Bilbrew remembered me on my recent visit. Wow what a feeling. Dr. Bilbrew did a wonderful job on my hand then and now. Her whole staff is great.
