Why is it so difficult to make an appointment to Dr Dulipsingh? I've been calling this office for the past week since my daughter's discharged from acute care. The follow up recommendation is 2 weeks after discharged, 1 week is already gone. I felt that patients are not important to them.
Highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Weeks and weeks of begging for a phone call back. Waiting in anticipation for possible bad health information. A simple call would ease that but it’s never made. Literally 8 messages and 6 calls that try and get a simple answer over 7 weeks. Plans/next treatment steps. Might be ok for generic diabetes treatment but nothing beyond.
