Highly disappointed. I scheduled an appointment as a new client and provided my insurance information a week prior to the appointment. Changed my work schedule for the day of the appointment only to get there and be told upon signing in that my insurance is out of network and that I may want to find another podiatrist that is in my network. Dr L. Freeman-Whittaker you are an awesome podiatrist 🙌🏽 but Please !!! Have your secretary to use HIPPA I shouldn’t know each one of your patients insurance information, their last time seeing you, what insurances they have who’s the primary and who’s the secondary etc. etc. Your secretary had whomever she was speaking with on SPEAKERPHONE!!! I thought I was being punked sitting here in your office hearing this.
