Nobody ever answered the phone at this location. I have canceled my appointment since last week and they haven't refunded my money. I was interested in the service but the person in the front was very pushy trying to have me paid at front for services. I been calling since last week no refund yet. I'm afraid they eant to latter say I never canceled and charge my card. Their services may be good but the way they handle cancelations. I have to say the customer service is hard to beat at Dr Laser. There’s always parking and the waiting room is bright, clean, and comforting. Once you walk in, you will be greeted with a smile from Lauren at the front desk who goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. She always has a smile and is a plethora of information regarding the offered services. I recommend the skin rejuvenation facial, my skin was glowing.
