Still waiting after 9hours with my 7weeks baby
I have one granddaughter in SickKids right now, and one that was there in 2022. Back in the day, l would have rated 5, but now, the lack of care, the total lack of compassion, is bottom of the barrel. They have a parent room, which is great, but my son come to find out, this time around, that he had to speak to a social worker, in order to access the room, ahead of time. I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how grateful we are to everyone at the SickKids Hospital Heart Department (4D).
