Dr. Wood did cataract surgery on both my eyes and my wife's. Great job. She opted for the corrective lenses and had perfect vision.
My 10 year old daughter was referred to Dr. Wood for an eye abrasion. We arrived while the front staff Makenzie was on the phone taking information on my daughter. Elizabeth another staff member was standing next to her making sure she asked all the questions needed and one question was what is the insurance? As soon as she mentioned the name of the insurance, Elizabeth was quick to respond me to me "we don't take that Insurance" she said it to me and Makeznie quickly, while Makenzie was still on the phone. Dr Wood tool care of removing an object in my eye after a visit to the Urgent Care and ER were unable to remove it. Great customer service as I was in town and only traveling thru with an issue that needed attention. Thank you!!!!
Be prepared to take snacks and drinks, you’ll be waiting for a very long time till you’re seen. Even if you’re there on time, prepare to wait, I grew a beard waiting.
