I wrote the favorable review for Dr Bowen on Jun 17th. I meant to say that I was charged by Dr Dunn's office for a procedure that his office did not perform causing part of my dissatisfaction with his office prompting me to get a 2nd opinion and seeing Dr Bowen who I was very happy with.
WOMEN!! DO NOT VISIT THIS MAN! Arrogant! Rude! Condescending privileged white male lacking bedside manner, but more importantly he violated my patient's rights by refusing to leave the exam room after I asked him to leave multiple times. I was half dressed with no one else in the exam room. He wanted to argue and did not leave the room per my legal request. I had the surgery several years ago and have had no problems. I couldn't recommend Dr. Bowen enough. I can walk laugh and sneeze without any problems. The people at this office are wonderful to work with
Dr. Bowen and his staff are very professional and made something I was apprehensive about, not humiliating. He is very thorough, and went out of his way to explain and make sure I understood the procedure. All of the staff was fantastic. I've had stress incontinence for many years, and wish I had done this sooner. This surgery has greatly improved my life. I am very thankful.
Dr Bowen is a little hard to relate to at first. Once you show you are fully engaged and comprehend the information he is relaying the more at ease he is in your discussion. I fully trust him and feel he is good at what he does. I look forward to getting "my parts" back to where they should be.
