This office is a disgrace for a medical field. I was seen there 2 years ago about personal issues I was having. The doctor, who was a woman with red hair left the room and began mocking me and telling the other nurses everything I had just said to her in confidence. It was childish and a violation of hippa. When I confronted the doctor she pretended to have no clue what I was talking about, saying she would never discuss personal information with anyone. I walked away after 3 years. Honestly i never even MET the doctor! I have only ever seen the PA Heather. I don't have serious medical issues, and just needed a doctor here and there. They would NEVER call in anything for me! Even heartburn medication that i had been on before. Everything required an office visit (i have private insurance but still why spend a co-pay, and take time off work for heart burn!). I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special.
