He literally said “there’s nothing I can do for you” for a serious abscess”. I was referred here by locust lane dental and a long term patient of his. Go to litiz oral surgery in Hershey. They work with you and there doctor is amazing. He didn’t say “there’s nothing I can do for you” he did emergency surgery day 1!
I was 65 yrs old & went to have my front tooth pulled but he was dumb enough not to take an xray afterwards . I also had to pay $500 upfront for a partial. Months later I find out that Larry left a root behind; I sent X-rays proving the root to Larry’s enforcer, named Tammy. She said she’d discuss w/Larry if they were going to do anything; she never called me back. I paid another dentist $1000 to remove Larry’s root in order to install an implant. I was initially not looking forward to this visit. But the staff was extremely friendly . The dental assistant was a wonderful person. Very friendly and actually talked down my high blood pressure. Dr Pepper is an amazingly awesome Oral Surgeon. Very friendly and actually compassionate. And I’m after the procedure feeling thankful I had it done . I highly recommend him and his office.
Dr.Pepper and staff made a tough unfortunate experience for my 4 year old easy. Starting with the front desk staff who were extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. To his assistants that were kind and professional. We felt well taken care of and there were no unnecessary charges
I drove almost 2hours since everyone else seemed to have their availability at least 2months or more out but Dr. Pepper's office accepted me as a new patient & gave me one ASAP. Dr. Pepper & his staff are all top notch. They were so warm & made me very comfortable. You guys rock & should keep up the good work.
