The Secretary Or Secretaries.. I’m Not Sure If They Have Multiple But On The 2-4 Times I Called The Lady I Spoke With Was Rude, Condescending, & Acted As If I Was Disturbing Her Asking Questions. She Also Told Me I Cannot Come To This Office Without A Referral From A Dentist Which I Thought Was Strange But Her Attitude Made Me Look Elsewhere Anyway.
My family used his office 3x and every time they were great, everything was efficient and fast. Very friendly. Dr. Pepper even told my daughter if she had any problems over the weekend due to her dry socket packing, to call him and he would come into the office to assist her even though they are closed. We didnt need to do that, but I appreciated it so much.I totally recommend!
Great experience. Had a 15 year old root canal/crown on a molar that needed pulled. The staff got me in pretty timely. Front desk was helpful through the whole process and Ashley was a bubbly great assistant to Dr. Pepper. Numbed me up and he had the tooth out within 3 minutes at best. Everything has went well! I recommend Dr pepper if you have an oral surgery situation! Thank you!
Dr. Pepper and his staff were phenomenal with my daughter, age 6, who needed a molar extracted. They were very compassionate to my daughter. Dr. Pepper held my daughter’s hand as she fell asleep and, when she woke up, one of his nurses/assistants were holding my daughter and consoling her as she cried, as if she was their own daughter. My daughter has a history of scaring awake and crying inconsolably after anesthesia. It was warming to be called back and see the nurse holding her.
