Dr. McNeil is very thorough, gentle and has great demeanor. My treatment did not hurt, he kept great conversation to keep my mind off of it. He told me how to prevent it, and things we can do in the future. If I have reoccurrence, he showed me inserts available for my problem. The staff got me in quickly and were very wonderful. Highly recommend his office!
