Both of my kids have seen Dr. Burton and he is an amazing doctor! Fantastic bedside manner and we’ve always had prompt communication. I have referred many friends to him!
He was friendly and took the time to explain everything in terms that I could understand. He performed my sinus surgery. I did not have any pain and my sinuses are open and I can breathe normally again.
rude, rushing and did not listen & total waste of time they made me wait 1 hour in patient's room. he hardly give me 5 minutes , rudely answered me and rushed out of the room without addressing my concerns. staff of the office also very rude and nobody give you attention. total waste of the time . I wasted money for this appointment and no answers. in the office nobody was working properly, so why do they even run the office. disappointing experience, do not recommended
Tells it to ya straight, will take the time to do the extra tests others may dismiss. Will help you with thyroid problems when the Endocrinologist says your tests say are "normal".
Although he seems like an intelligent and well spoken man, his office is dysfunctional. There is no follow up and necessary paperwork is not tended to. This may be more a problem of mismanagement, but it reflects the doctor's lack of attention to his business. Does this carry over to his patients? In my case his lack of oversight caused me problems. I have to add that I find Aurora Health Care to be equal if not worse in their mismanagement and harsh treatment of their patients (customers).
I can not completely articulate exactly how horrible our experience has been with this doctor and his entire office! They do not follow up, they don't return phone calls and are condenceding when their lack of any follow up and lack of follow through is the cause of ALL the problems. I would never recommend anyone ever take their child to this doctor or any other ENT in the practice due to the doctor and office staff.
