Avoid this hospital system—go elsewhere. My family had an incredibly unsafe experience with Mount Sinai. The administrative side is a mess: the front desk staff is consistently rude, and you can expect to wait over an hour past your scheduled appointment time just to be seen. More importantly, the communication is terrible. Phone calls go unreturned, and messages sent through the patient portal are ignored for days, even when urgent. This was my first visit with Dr Goldenberg. He was kind, gentle, knowledgeable and understanding. He listened and made recommendations based on my concerns. His assistant Ebony was also delightful. Front desk staff was kind and patient. An overall excellent experience.
Worst medical personnel for the birth of my second child. I had my first child here in 2021 with Dr Kostolias & Dr Walsh and that was a perfectly executed birth. There was even a group of nurses and attendants that were beyond experienced and added to a beautiful experience. (I now regret not finding out their last names because now I know what a privilege it is to have good care)..
