Dr. Urry went above and beyond my expectations at my appointment. He listened to all my concerns and took his time explaining what was wrong and how he was going to help. His assistant was very patient and made sure to document everything so Dr. Urry was caught up when he came in for my appointment too. I highly recommend going to him if you need a dermatologist.

Had Co2 Laser treatment by Dr. Urry. I was told to come back in 4 months to get another treatment. I couldn't afford to pay anymore money. Dr. Urry TOLD ME THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR THE NEXT PROCEDURE. I felt such relief. Next visit, told to pay more money than the first one; the price had increased. Dr. Urry said I didn't have to pay anymore money. She had no regard for my words. Dr. Urry and his assistant denied saying it. TREATMENT LEFT A SCAR ON MY NOW, SMALLER BOTTOM LIP.

Received fillers that were improperly placed leaving lumps 5 weeks after injection. After being told by Dr Urrys office that this was "normal" I consulted a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who assured me that they were improperly placed by an inexperienced injector and needed to be dissolved. The office (after seeing the lumps) refused to refund me, credit me, or even get me in touch with Dr Urry. I get mistakes but the lack of ownership and correction for the mistakes of the staff is wrong.

I'm very sorry we failed to meet your expectations on your visits to our clinic. I admit that I am a little confused as to the "lack of ownership" for the mistakes, as we have offered several discounts and credits along the way, and offered to correct the filler in question, free of charge, but never heard back to make the appointment. I agree that no patient should have to pay for improper services, so our correction offer still stands, and we will be happy to refund the price of the filler.

Contacted office in effort to cordially resolve Dr. error. Office refused to correct and avoided the situation. Would not recommend this office to anyone.

Will never go back. Untrained. unprofessional. and over priced. Gone are the days when Dr Urry ran this office. New office manager could care less about the patience and more about the bottom line.

Felt like he barely checked me for potential cancer and pre-cancer. Was more concerned about what he could for my aesthetics and wrinkles. I was more concerned about skin cancer.

After significant research, we decided that it was important for my 4 yr old son to see a specialist with Dr. Urry's training and experience. I asked the office if "Dr. Urry had any openings". I took off some work to make the appointment where we were only seen by a nurse practitioner out of school for just a couple of years. They never informed us of the bait and switch. I could have seen a NP closer to my house at a better time, without missing so much work. They refused a refund.

I've waited to reply to your complaint as you were given a full refund and you stated you were going to remove this. The office is owned/run by Dr. Urry but we also have two non-physician providers: a nurse practitioner and a physician's assistant. At the present time, Dr. Urry reviews all their patient notes/documentation. To avoid the surprise of seeing the nurse practitioner, in example, rather than Dr. Urry, our staff has been instructed to let the patient know who he/she will see.

Dr Urry is thoughtful,listens well, and very caring. He has excellent follow up and a gentle hand while doing procedures.
