I am trying to get my prescription for Latanoprost 0.005% Ophth Soln 2.5ml refilled for the 90 Day supply. The pharmacy requires your approval. I have attempted to reach the Technicians to get this approved and no one answers the telephone. I have called four times now and no one answers. This is terrible patient service. Please do something about this.
