The nurse works here are friendly and very professional, and especially patient with my son. Dr Larry is knowledgeable and nice.
Showed up for an appointment after 5 mth wait to find put he's retired. 👌
This place is a scam. They book you in from a referral without even confirming with you. They supposedly left a VM that I never got and the next thing I've got was a letter in the form of an invoice saying I owe them $50 because I missed the appointment. I called to confirm that they had never spoken directly with me or have any records of them having me confirm the appointment. They said that if I ever want to see the Dr. I needed to pay those $50 or else I would not be seen. This seems to me like a scam and I can not belie... read more
I try to only write positive reviews when I receive service worthy of a mention. Therefore, I’d like to start with my positive feedback. Dr. Chang was kind, maybe direct and to the point, but that’s what I expected coming from a medical background myself. His nurse was lovely. I don’t remember her name, but she was helpful, informative, and seemed compassionate. Now, the reason for my post today is the receptionist.
