Unprofessional and rude. Lacks compassion and understanding. She wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence before interrupting me multiple times and cutting me off and yelling at me in front of an entire lobby full of people. All of this because I was having surgery and needed her to send in my daughter’s prescriptions a few days early since my recovery was going to be 2 weeks minimum.
