Have an appointment for 2pm and get told that they have to see me another day cause systems are down. I get they go down but why not call someone so they don't miss work and don't have to drive 30 minutes. Was told Monday when I called them back that they were moving my appointment to July 9th but after they found out I had already taken the time off work, to come on in on June 19th.
