Terrible unethical psychiatrist. Had to report her to the state medical board because she refused to provide her patient notes (they are required to provide within 30 days).
Lara Kierlin has questionable ethics and I strongly suggest considering a different therapist.

I've been to a few different sleep doctors over the years in the Portland area, and Lara is by far the best. Knowledgeable, smart and responsive, she has done more to help me with my sleep issues than others and goes out of her way.
Super knowledgeable and quite a detective into your particular issue.
