Dr. Shepard is mostly ok. I would have at one time, recommend her as a doctor. However, I would never recommend her office. The office manager is completely unprofessional. They say they will refer you yet, you can not pull a referral out of them for 3-4 weeks and not without repeatedly calling and asking for them. *And read footnote..I asked my spouse to call for me because I was tired of dealing with no results. Good people.
They deserve a negative star!This office is so scattered! They don’t know what they are doing. I leave messages, my other Doctors leave messages and they NEVER get returned! The service is Awful! They never apologize for their errors.They always have new employees that don’t know anything....My Family and I are looking for another Doctor!
I love Dr. Shepherd. She is very kind, down to earth and has gone above and behind to help me figure out what my body needs to feel it’s best. She is always friendly to my children when they come with me to my appointments and never treats them as if they are in the way. The rest of the staff is the same way.
If I could give a negative star I would. DON’T WASTE TIME HERE! The front desk move at a snails pace. I was charged for a no-show fee, when in fact we did show up. When I tried to speak to the receptionist to resolve the matter she absolutely refused used to help me get answers but instead told me she couldn’t help me b/c other patients were waiting. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!
