Dr.Graham is always willing to go the extra mile in helping my children. She always listens and truly cares for them. I really trust her opinion.
We’ve been taking our 2 children for 15 years. Always top-notch.
I think her condescending tone + rushed and dismissive nature make my feeling that she only cares about money seem amplified. She didnt care about a long standing trust with her care when my insurance changed, her office staff is ridiculously disorganized + slow.. Esp billing. I was not able to leave that office one time in years with an actual receipt in my hand. Had to be mailed, usually after I'd have to call and remind them.. I think she also had preconceived notions that led to her really missing the mark in a situation... read more
I would not recommend Dr. Graham to anyone who isn't looking for a doctor to make you feel like a horrible parent each time you see her. She is extremely condescending and rude. All she wants to do is get through each visit as fast as possible. She seems to care way more about money and seeing as many patients as possible than the actual children she is taking care of or the questions the parents have. Dr. Graham is amazing! My children love her and do not want to go to another doctor when they are sick. She always goes above and beyond during visits and even when she returns office calls. We would recommend her to anyone needing a sweet and caring pediatrician.
Dr.graham has been my pediatrician for both my kids since they were born. She is so sweet with my kids while still being very relatable to adults. As a new mom I asked a lot of silly questions and she never once made me feel stupid with one. She is so wonderful and reassuring and her nurses are also wonderful. The office is always super quick - I'm not sure I have ever Waited past my appointment time which is much appreciated with a sick kid.
Dr. Graham is very friendly and personable. She includes everyone (myself, child/patient, sibling, and spouse/grandparent if applicable) in the conversations about the child's health.
