My kids saw Lanna for 3 years. She was very unaware. Asked me every visit how long my daughter had glasses for. Take notes! Wouldnt remember they were related. We found a new pedi because I wanted someone more personable. Now my son needs surgery on his testicles he should have had before he turned 1. She ignored the issue completely. We talked about it and she would say it was fine. Its just unacceptable
