First of all, the one star review isn't about Dr. Mcclain. The one star is because I find it very disappointing and unbelievable that his practice accepts ABSOLUTELY NO plan by Medicare. I had a dental emergency, needed a tooth extracted, and was told that they don't accept any form of ANY Medicare plan. It seems almost illegal knowing how many older, senior citizens like myself need dental work. I also wanted to post that he DOES NOT do root canals. Great office, kept me informed on everything, I'm one month into a three month process. Everything is going well, no complications.
Dr. Landon McClain and his staffs are very professional and knowledgeable.
Dr. Mclain was very attentive to my daughter when she had her wisdom teeth pulled. She has a rare blood disease that can cause excessive bleeding and he was very gentle with her during the procedure. The recovery was very easy for her with very little pain. Dr. Mclain was also very helpful with me when I had an infected pirotid gland and guided me on how to take care of, got me into the Er immediately and was great with follow up and checking up on me.
