Always 30 minutes late for apointments, even in the morning.
Although Dr. Lowe is good the front desk is AWFUL and UNCARING.
Excellent Doctor. Very thorough and to the point.
While he may not have the greatest bedside manner, Dr. Lowe has always been a wealth of information when it comes to problems/concerns with my children. He is patient with his explanations, and he never makes me feel foolish for asking a question.
