Dr. Yeater and his assistants are ok but the office staff are the rudest people in town. I just wonder if the Dr's know how rude they are. With all the negative signage on their office window I should have known. I needed help with an insurance problem and they might as well told me to F off. They obviously do not need my business. Plenty of other dentist in town. I NO NOT recommend
I have mixed feeling about this place, they really aren't very nice. Like the other reviews say. They want your money and rush you in and out without talking to you. The dentist that makes your teeth is not talky at all, even small talk he does want to talk unless he knows you. I went in not knowing anything about dentures at all and they sat me down and just started working on me. Told me to come back and get my teeth pulled on such and such day and I thought the guy who pulled my teeth would kill me. I have never had such ... read more
If I could give negative stars I would! These are some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with, not to mention that the so called tooth they gave me was a joke, I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to them!!
Yeater provides excellent dentistry. I gave it three stars because despite the excellent care my family received from Yeater, you have to put up with the snotty attitudes of the receptionists. They are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered.
It is just amazing how rude the whole staff are here. I think they all need to take a class on manners & customer service.
Not a good review from us. My husband spent the whole day - making 4 trips to their office - only to be told on the last visit that they couldn't make dentures for him. The dentist he saw didn't have a good "bedside" manner either. I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but this program wouldn't let me leave a review without one.
