Always great service. Very knowledgeable and helpful employees. I have been using this optical shop for over 10 years and would highly recommend.
He was very thorough in answering all of my questions and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. This level of communication made me feel informed and at ease throughout the visit. the whole experience much more reassuring.

Negligent and careless optometrist. I came for a contact lens exam. He made me throw away my old contacts before giving me new contacts. He sent me out to the front to pay, when I realized I couldn't see! I lost all vision except far away. He then says, "oh you gave up close vision in exchange for far vision". I couldn't function or read anything, couldn't use my phone, GPS or see controls of the car. Had to drive home with a child in the car like this. Shocking lack of care and respect from this optometrist. Poor quality.
