Don’t expect to be seen anywhere near your appointment time. I sat in the lobby with my nine-year-old son for 45 minutes and not a single person went back. Had to leave without even seeing the doctor or else I was going to be late for work. Total waste of my time. Very rude.
I had an issue and Dr. McKinley did extensive testing and research to determine the cause and preventive measures. I had a few 'complications' and her staff (including Bailey at the front desk) were always prompt to respond. Dr. McKinley even called me personally. I would highly recommend Dr. McKinley. She is there for her patients' care and she is good at listening and explaining things. I recently moved, but am still willing to drive an hour to see the best!

Dr. McKinley is EXCELLENT! I highly recommend her. The office staff is super friendly, fast and efficient. They always have appointments available when you need them and there is no wait time.
Excellent Doctor and staff. Dr. McKinley has open ears and is thorough with her exams... My wait time was less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend Dr. McKinley!
