Dr. Lana is a wonderful and caring dr. I’ve been her patient for years and she has managed all of my medical issues and my many prescriptions! I’m very sad that I have to look for a new dr. Her practice doesn’t take Medicare and now at my age I’m on Medicare. Thank you Dr. Lana!
You can’t get an appointment, you have to print out paperwork to apply to be a patient. Then take it in person to the practice to be approved as a patient. They have no way to submit electronically. All that’s fine and good but they do not make it easy for anyone wanting to be a new patient. The receptionist that I spoke with had zero empathy and was very off putting on my call to the practice. I have been going here for 3 years and Dr Carr has been a great Dr, helping me manage my health, spending time with me and in general just being awesome! If you can get in, do it.
Always great service and not a very long wait to be seen as long as you have an appointment.
