Very disappointing visit. Dr. Putta was my doctor for a while...i had to go back for a refill on a prescription but lost my insurance she said she wouldn’t charge me and to come in at 12:15 the next day. I show up over an hour before they call me to the front...Dr. Putta even saw me and didn’t recognize me directing me to sign under “new patient” then they said I was never scheduled for a visit and then Dr. Putta said she had to charge me full price and she “must have mixed up” her phone calls.
I’m shocked to see other reviewers call Dr. Putta a caring, informative doctor who listens to her patients, because that was not my experience. After a 90 minute wait, I saw Dr. Putta for a total of six minutes. I went in to discuss treatment for my irregular menstrual cycle and unmanageable allergies. She ran no tests (or even asked about my allergies) told me my severe pelvic pain was “normal” and that she “didn’t have time” to answer any of my other questions. I won’t be going back.
