Doctor knew reason for visit, I’ve had severe insomnia my entire life and got to the point where I sleep a max of 3 hrs a night. She ignored all concerns and previous treatments. Ignored how severe the problem was and how it was affecting my daily life to the point of not being able to drive safely.
