I went in for an ear cleaning today and Lauren the M.D really took care of me and her assistant they were awesome. It was a great experience even though I was a little nervous at first they made me feel comfortable even got in a few jokes together.
My service was very great. Five star.
Beyond grateful I found Dr. Jacob. He and his staff are extremely kind, thorough, attentive and decisive. I came in at recommendation of my physical therapist for evaluation of issue that was not improving with PT. Dr. Jacob saw me next day, listened intently, ran necessary bloodwork and saw me two days later to review the bloodwork and had a plan. I am switching my primary physician to Dr. Jacob. I just can’t say enough. Don’t hesitate.
I am a patient of Dr. Laith Jacob now for a couple of years. I have had nothing but great results in all of my visits. Dr. Jacob and his staff are so informative, especially Dr. Jacob and Dr. Lauren.
