Dr. Hobgood was excellent. He listened, explained his thought process and the plan and included me in the plan of care.
I LOVE Dr Hobgood. He is thorough and listens to all your needs and concerns, but getting a sick appointment is virtually impossible. The earliest appointment is always 2 weeks out. This is not an issue with Dr Hobgood but the office staff because I had the same issue with my last doctor in the same office before he moved.
He is a very understanding dr He always makes time for you. Straight and to the point. He listens to you not through
Dr. Hobgood is the best doctor I have ever had and I’m 75 so I have had a few. He listens, asks questions and takes more than enough time with you. Knows your health conditions from other places and addresses them properly. He makes referrals for conditions you need checked. He always answers your emails and keeps your prescriptions up to date. The care he gives is 5 star.
I moved away from Greenville 4 years ago and I still make it back to see my doctor. He is the epitome of what doctors today should be. On my last visit I had my three sons with me as my husband was out of town on business. It was my first visit after having a baby. Dr. Hobgood sat and talked with me. Chair side-by-side - he didn't talk at me, nor over my head but he did most of his assessment by listening. Active listening. I will see him every year until he retires!
