I have no issue with Dr. Rao. I do however, have an issue with the woman who I made the appt through. What an unpleasant individual she was. Hope, I never have to be booked by her again.
Dr. Lacey A. Rao is a very professional, patient, and knowledgeable surgeon. I have seen her on previous occasions and she has helped guide me as a patient for the best possible outcomes and next steps. What I like about her is she also informs and educates you on the pros and cons on whatever procedure you might have. Highly recommend Dr. Rao I feel safe and confident with her skills and care. I had surgery by Dr.Rao a few years ago on my right index finger following a chop saw accident. She hummed a few bars during surgery, presumably to release the tension of surgery, I loved it. She is extremely competent and very personable and supportive. If she was single I would propose to her.
