I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

Yes, they went above and beyond Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They were friendly and professional, more importantly, they listened to what I had to say.
